Strategic Philanthropic Services to Individuals, Families & Corporations

Our foundation management services include but are not limited to the following activities:

  • Work with founders to establish a new foundation
  • Work with established foundations to define their philanthropic objectives and achieve those objectives effectively and pleasurably
  • Identify and process grant inquiries – solicit, track and screen applications for completeness, accuracy and consistency; obtain additional information and clarification when necessary; consult with experts in the field with similar projects
  • Conduct site visits of grant applicants with relevant programs
  • Prepare and produce meeting materials including written recommendations for each application, financial statements and other reports
  • Coordinate board meeting arrangements and follow up including preparation of minutes, notification to grant applicants and payment of approved grants
  • Monitor approved grants; review grantee progress reports and evaluate selected grant programs
  • Coordinate the preparation of annual audit and filing of annual federal and state returns with foundation accountants
  • Coordinate and communicate cash flow requirements with foundation investment advisors
  • Prepare and distribute the annual report
  • Provide site for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of permanent records
